.......This public declaration is for all the human beings of our world, without concerning its race, or sex; without concerning the social level or the degree of development of its society. Without concerning its culture or religion.
Humans without frontiers are born from the conviction of which the worldwide tensions, wars, discriminations, lack of solidarity and injustices are consequence of the variety of influences that structure our minds from the childhood. Minds formed according to the birthplace. Minds developed within cultural and historical frontiers. Minds submissive customs and religions. Humans without frontiers try, of a simple form, to identify those inner frontiers, to make understand that we are not as different as we create, and consequently to avoid those tensions and sufferings between humans. Now, more than ever, our world depends of us, of our decisions, and forms to act, to decide and to live. But we are in favor conditional of inner frontiers.

THE PAST

       We are in constant evolution. Neither our body, nor our mind is stopped in the time. We evolved and we will evolve since it has done it, it makes and it will make the Universe. We cannot avoid it then as it divides member of the same one we followed its guidelines.
...... It is very normal that if our bodies are adaptable and changers, they can be conformed to the different climates and places inhabited by the human being.
..... After thousands and thousands of years, our external appearances had acclimated to the different places from our planet, calling by this way what we call, the races. The one that exists different races is something logical and normal that it has been caused by the own nature that, generation after generation, has been influencing our bodies.
..... From our origins the climate and geography have been determining, not only to differentiate to us in our external aspect, but also in our customs and our character. Those customs have rooted in us to act, had influenced in our tastes, our personality, our intellectual capacity, our motivations and fear.
..... Languages formed by the circumstances were born of the moment. Forms to live, to organize them, to interpret the world according to those historical situations. Nevertheless, those different customs, those different forms to see the life and to interpret the one that as much we observed and we obey, those different languages, all it, that was born in the past, all that diversity, as a wrong way contributed, to distance to the human beings between if, causing wars, resentments, hatreds, great powers and injustices between us.
..... Customs that we use to mark differences between the beings human of our world. That they cause confrontations and space between us. That they harm our present and future, and to our planet.
..... It is evident that our past is the past of all our humanity. We left from a common trunk. The world wasn't created with nations, neither languages, nor races. The world, our world, gave the life us. We are us, and only us, those that divided and divided our planet, those who had harnessed our differences.
..... We have ahead a challenge; to create our own global customs with our present, in agree with our knowledge with the truth and the reality of our own species and existence. It might not have to be something unattainable or false, it must be a goal to obtain.
..... Our world full of religious, cultural and historical frontiers continues growing annotated. However, our force discoverer has arrived at a level so that a sanity or unbalance, could even ruin our own existence.
..... For that reason, a great material development parallel with the existence of inner frontiers in the perception is not sustainable indefinitely that we have of others. That means, the scientific power and the technology that today the human being in his hands is infinitely superior to which existed when the religious and cultural frontiers dreamed up, generation after generation, have been transmitted in our minds. This situation not only causes greater inequalities every time, but than it can be consequence of serious tensions in our world that put in danger the stability and worldwide peace.
..... That necessity of global coherence, will not be able to be made meanwhile exist the manifold border inner that separates to us of the others. Frontiers arisen from the past, coined by the generations that have preceded and maintained to us at the present time. Our future cannot be limited by our past.

BE YOU

        In our life, there are three great factors that mold to us.
        First, our birthplace. According to the point of geography in which we come to the world, we will derive to a u other forms to interpret and to assimilate the experiences that to us are considered in our way. We are influenced by the customs of the place, history, the language, the climate, geography, the religion or existing beliefs, the lessons, the school, the degree of industrial and economic development of the society in which we are born, if we are born in a city or in the field, in a house or a building, in a calm or noisy site, in a rich or poor district...
        The second factor is our father and mother, grandparents, uncles, friends and people who can surround to us. Mainly we are influenced in our younger ages, because, from our birth, we assimilated everything. We observed all the details. It is more; we received the influence of our ancestor in its own belly. We are all reception. The advice, when we are children, is something dogmatic in our lives.
        But also they are going to influence and to mold us, thousand of messages non spoken like the profession of our parents, of our grandparents, his forms to dress, their customs of feeding, his sport tastes, his hopes, his character, the degree love we receive, his glances, their understanding level and support, his familiar customs inherited generation after generation, confronted experiences, the degree of positive or negative relation between the members of the family, his fears, his taboos, his economic situation...
        The third factor is the characteristics of our body in this world, that means our external aspect. Be man or woman, the color of the skin, the characteristics of our face, stature, and aspect.... The more or less handsome, fat or thin; the valuation that the society in which we lived gives that external aspect which we have, our physical training conditions, having some short witted...
 Intercrossed throughout years, since we are born, those thousand and thousand of messages and sensations that we received, cause results, that each of us have in our tastes, capacities, purposes, objectives, yearnings, fear, character, we are violent or pacific, we have intellectual, sport tendencies... All we are fitted ourselves in "our site" according to that society. A "site" according to the values of the moment, on the society in which we live. Values that will be modified according to the historical moment in which we are, which never will be equal.
        When we began to have in our certain lives responsibilities, or can make decisions; when we began to be young adults with certain familiar independence, or when later we create our own family, or have our profession, although we created that we are deciding our selves, the certain thing is that our behavior already is fitted within guidelines. Our decisions and manifestations take strong points in our references and introduced in our minds. Our freedom of decision framed within certain coordinates. We already comprised with a country, a history, a society, customs, beliefs, and, therefore, we are unclose in our free interpretation respect many subjects of our world, society and the rest of humans. We decided, but we do it within the assimilated frontiers.
        We are what the preexisting world causes that we are.
       What we are? If those messages had not be part of all us, how we would be?, how we would see the life and the world?, how we would see the others and ourselves?.

THE WOMAN

 


        By many laws or norms that try to obtain the equality between the man and the woman, and by many speeches who become in that direction, she never will manage herself to see the human being like one, if we do not understand and cover, each one of us, knowing to see beyond the forms of our bodies.
        The man and the woman are the equal one, are the something same, but differentiated by sex.
        As the woman has been able to obtain levels of greater understanding and recognition, it has allowed to demonstrate that it can be equal to the man in all the cultural tasks, social, scientific, etc... However, although it is certain that physically it is not so strong, - factor which has abused the man and who historically has been determining so that the woman was always in background, also is certain that the maternity belongs in exclusive lawful to the woman.
        The woman, often, is forced to take like certain and true the inferior being. That woman will be able to make, neither to reach to develop, the subtle aptitudes of her mind, because the oppression undergone, the ignorance on the greatness of the interior that it has, the knowledge that it will not be listened or valued like an equal one, all it, will prevent that that woman can demonstrate what is and is really worth.
        She must assume, support and fight with the fact that it belongs to the sex that sadly has been delayed in all society. Often she has had to suffer, although belonged to a class or marginalized group, the being, in addition within that group, additionally marginalized by the man marginalized as well. In where there has been lack of understanding has had to support, in addition, the lack of understanding added by its condition of woman. Ignorance and the few culture, always, have harmed more to the woman than to the man, and there where the man has been pressed the woman to support the discrimination of the pressed man; that is why in many occasions it has unloaded, the frustrations in the woman.
        Until we have not been able to see in her that she is a human just as the man, with only a difference external and physical structure, has been satisfied based on which its sexual genetics has corresponded to feminine sex.
        The woman has suffered, and suffers, a strong discrimination, non-sporadic but daily, non superficial but total and intimate; being in societies or civilizations, this discrimination, more serious than in others, arriving itself at situations of unpunished cruelty.
        Our world cannot advance with these damages, this ignorance of the human identity. I relegate to the dark of the woman, I relegate to injustice background of the other great external expression of the human, is inadmissible. It is a great inner border to win within our evolution.
        Exist different scales to value the degree of human development of our societies, but most important it is the state of respect, equality and understanding that can have the woman in all society. The woman belongs at the moment to the human group more numerous that undergoes discrimination at international level, without saving civilization or culture; arriving more according to which latitudes, to daily situations of authentic terror on the basis of arbitrary customs, religions or beliefs in this last times.
        Where woman has less lawful and more restricted, where less respect and consideration she had, where more discriminated or subjugated she be, much slower will be that society, and more will cost to them not only to have situations of social balance, also grow in scientific, economic and cultural profits
         All the woman that has love since is a child, to which it says and teaches equality, that is respected, that it perceives of the world that surrounds positive sensations towards her, who knows of her human potential, that knows that its intelligence is recognized, her knowledge, that is listened, that woman will reach any goal. It is fundamental to break and to destroy that frontier, that enormous frontier that exists within all society, within all culture and race. Is a frontier that separates, that even discriminates within a same social level, within a same family. It is a frontier that delays and it relegates to part of the humanity, to part of our world, to a half.
        The woman must participate the same in all the worldwide forums; has to be such right that the man. She has to allow and enjoy the same respect that can have the man in all the fields, in her labor, religious, political, in education, etc... It is wrong to private million of people, of their lawful and human capacities by the simple fact that her external body has feminine form. We must teach and believe in our human equality, and thus to be worthy before the coming generations and us. To be worthy before this Universe that has given the life us. A life that single we can make it more joust.
 
RELIGIONS

       Religions are not those that can be attributed that the human be spiritual, on the contrary, is that spiritual character of the inhabitants of our world which demand, solicits, needs and requests have an spiritual fullness. All human being has that spiritual facet; however, lack that it wants, leaves or knows to find it. Nobody born denied of it.
        Religions promoted wars, differences, chaste, privileges, prejudice; they have been used really to create frontiers between the human. However, that spirit has not structure, neither interest, nor understands of formalities, is not stratified like the religious hierarchies. That spirit is like the air that enters our lungs and it expands by all our body. We have it because it exists in the all Universal. The spirit of our Universe don’t looks for differences, wars, cruelties, and don’t gives more lawful to others, but its equal in all, is the same one. It does not discriminate humans in order to others, because it would be discriminate itself against if same.
        The spirit is in opposition to the existing religious frontiers.
        That spirit, who approaches to us God, is love, is peace; and God is over all the religions. God is not only what they say to us, it is what each one of us can know and feel of Him. It is not only a God of the past; it is also having today, is our present. It is not something of others far from us and don’t belongs to certain groups; It is ours and we of Him.
       There is no human being who does not have that spiritual part, only that ones lives it and other no, ones create more and others less, ones make an effort to find it and others no, but if we looks will find it, because there it is.
        Only the love, humility, solidarity, the lack of hatreds and violence, can allow us to enter in our own spirit.
        Nobody, granting itself determined spiritual ranks could be elevated or take control, as if it was a monopoly, of our spiritual truth.  The spiritual force that exists in our Universe does not discriminate between people, is the same in all, but we must find it.
        There are many that do not feel the spiritual part; since also there are people who never have felt love. But this does not mean that it not exists; as it either does not mean that, sometimes, they cannot feel it. Just as they cannot avoid to let breathe for being able to live, either can, nor they will be able, to avoid to comprise and to have that spirit in them; and any moment of its lives that they look for it, have done what they have done, are what they are, live where they live, they are where they are, if they request it, and with faith look for it, and will find it.
        Until now the religions having to be an important factor of understanding, given the importance that has the spirit in the life of the humans, which has done historically, and continue making, it serves as frontiers between us. How we can think that exist frontiers in our spirit? It is impossible.
        The religions must stop being frontiers that distance to the human beings between.
        There are many human beings who live in a great spiritual peace, which they suffer by the penalties of our world, that help, that makes solidarity acts in the anonymity, that do not feel scorn by other races, that love the nature, that wish that the wars finish, the discriminations, the hunger and the violence. All those human beings, today, are anywhere of the world, are scattered living in different cultures and religions, under different political regimes, in totally different societies. Those human beings are the sample of our equality. They are human without frontiers.

HUMANS WITHOUT FRONTIERS

        The inhabitants of our world separate, between if, by the learned thing. Are the assimilated customs and prejudices, that move away them of the others. If we paid attention which are the foundations of the great tensions of our world are based, we will reach the conclusion that they are in our thoughts, in our interpretations and view points, in our conceptions and our beliefs. And, all it one has formed influenced by internal frontiers. Frontiers that we can surpass change and eradicate.

 

...... We must preserve our world, and will be the from to balance four reasoning.

......We are the doors of the connection between the spiritual and the material world. We are the door that unites those two great worlds, the existing and the immaterial thing. It is from our human part of feelings and our mind, from where our ideas arise, our creative force. All the material is transformed by our intelligence. Everything is born of our interior. For that reason, that interior cannot be put under frontiers created by us.  Frontiers that exists only in our minds.

..... Be a human without frontiers are to be free, is to watch at the eyes of the others and look your self. It is to feel your equality.

..... It is to think and to act shared in common. It is to live surpassing border nuns, customary, linguistics, ethnic, races, and privileges of the man on the woman, also social of the past...

..... Human without frontiers has the purpose of approached in the entire world to everybody, people of different races, religions and cultures. Has the objective to surpass the inner frontiers that separate the humans, being the only way towards peace, equality and solidarity in our planet. To be a human without frontiers it is not necessary to belong to a club where we point our name. Nor to take an identity card with a number. It is sufficient to feel it. Even show it to as written or oral, on the paper, in the street, in a social gathering. If you like this writing, do not doubt in transmitting it by any means. Don’t doubt in showing that in addition to everything what you are in the life, from now on also you are a human without frontiers. Said it in your solitude and with the others. And, finally, like a petition, that in greater or smaller measurement, remember in your acts this public declaration. If we grow in number in all the cultures, races and religions, we will obtain, through our thought and act, a better world. Lets grow.
